MAG-Net Standard system is the tailor-made WMS (Warehouse Management System) for the management of logistic flows and operations within manually-accessible warehouses.
Its functionalities are developed to be usable through workstations and all kinds of radio-frequency terminals (hand-held, wearable, vehicular), or through mobile devices via app.
MAG-Net Standard is web-based and does not require any local installation. It can be interfaced with any of the ERP management systems and can be integrated with pick/put-to-light systems, vertical warehouses and moving shelves, voice picking or RFID systems.
OPTIMIZATION
Performance optimization is extended to all the phases of the goods’ life cycle within a warehouse, such as goods incoming, quality checks, storage, picking, packaging and shipping. Storage and picking logics and strategies are set up on specific needs.
MANAGEMENT
The whole management of field activities is paperless and focused on optimizing time and trips, as well as reducing inefficiencies and human error.
The data relating to flows and operations are monitored and historicized to be organized in customized KPIs so as to be shown on multi-device dashboards and collected as statistics to be used in B.I. analysis.
